Paris was wonderful, we spent our days riding around town on bikes, seeing art, dead bodies, famous buildings and eating lots of yummy food. Our last night there we went to a little bar in the Opera district and met some people who then took us to a better bar across town. It was a crazy night and I took lots of video of masses of women dancing a little too close to Juls. She seemed to be the freshest piece of meat that night. ;-)
We stayed with Elodie of course. I have become very close to her this year. I don’t know what I would have done without her sometimes. She’s been a great friend. Lisa’s girlfriend Els who is Belgian, said that you never really know someone until you can communicate with them in their native language. I should learn French so I can tell her to stop hitting on my girlfriend in a way she will understand. Cheeky monkey.
I am finally going to take Juls into downtown London today. Her feet are killing her and she was really sick last night so I don’t know how long of a day it will be. But she doesn’t seem to want to puke this morning so, I may just make her feet suffer a bit today. I think this might be my last day downtown. Makes me want to cry if I think about it too much. I’ll miss this city.
We’re going to have curry with my host family tonight. I might cry then too.
Here’s some Paris pix:
